When making the paper bead there are things which would be required before starting the work. These things include a ruler, pencil, paper, tooth picks, paper cutter, Styrofoam block, paint brush and the polycrylic gloss. Firstly you need to take the paper and thus with the help of a pencil and a ruler so that you can easily mark along on the edge of the bottom. Afterwards along the top edge of the paper you need to make the first mark and thus from that point mark in one inch increments from there. Secondly after marking, you need to make your first cut. However you must start the cutting from the ½ inch mark at the very corner of the bottom. In the same way, you need to make your second cut. It is important that second cut should be made on the upper right hand corner. Similarly cutting should be continued in the same manner until and unless you do not get the desired strips you want.
As you have cut the paper in a desired way, you should hold one end of the strip along with the toothpick and afterwards, make the curl on the edge over of the toothpick. Then roll the entire paper strip around the toothpick. You need to use the polycrylic gloss in the situation when you have an inch remaining onto the end of the strip. Finally you can complete making the paper bead by putting glue on the stick and rolling the bead to ensure that everything has been fixed properly. As your bead gets complete you can put it into a Styrofoam block and can allow the bead to dry. So in this way you can easily make many paper beads for yourself.
